The Runway models also have the best customer feed back of all the products reviewed,  If you want the best straightener on the market this is it, and it's going to cost you.  These Irons sell for about $400.

 Is it worth it?  Yes, if you can afford it.

2) The FHI Platform Series - As leaders in the development of ceramic plating and tourmaline integration, FHI's Platform series offers a world class straightener at a more affordable price.  Available in multiple sizes, the Platform series offers ultra flash heat times, adjustable temperature, PTFC ceramic heat plates and 450°F max heat. While these items are less expensive than the Runway series they are still pricey around $150 - $200.

3) CHI Pink Series - The stylish pink straightener offers the best performance and reliability of any straightener in the Farouk CHI product line. Flash heat times, temperature control, ceramic plates combined with an ergonomically designed handle make this a great choice for people who want the most out of their hair.

4) T3 Wet-or-Dry  - This Straightener actually ranked above the CHI Pink series in product features, but it fell to the third spot because customers have had trouble with warranty returns. Aside from that, this model offers a sturdy ceramic design.

5) CHI Turbo Series - The CHI Turbo series takes third place in our 2007 hair straightener review. This line of straighteners is used by more hair styling professionals than any other model. And while its flash heating and maximum temperature don't match the CHI Pink, this is great option for people who want world class performance and reliability.
